Performance+

The Performance+ programme aims to bring senior managers, directors and owners of small to medium-sized companies together once a month for seven months to assist them to achieve the NVQ Level 5 in Management, whilst looking at ways to improve the business. Overall the programme aims to increase the management capability and sustainability of companies.

Esteem has been successfully running Performance+ programmes for over ten years across the whole of the UK and internationally. They have worked with all sectors.

The programme consists of eight half-day workshops and six one-to-one advisory sessions. A toolkit and NVQ portfolio are provided to support the development experience. Additionally, good practice templates and examples are provided on a wide variety of topics.
