Certification through the ILM

We are currently working on having all of our workshops accredited through the Institute of Leadership and Management.

The certification we are planning to have will work in various different
ways:

1.  Performance+ group programme delegates will receive an award endorsed by the ILM
2.  Management Development Programme delegates will have a choice of receiving Level 4 Introductory Diploma of Management. Delegates are also able to work towards the full Diploma of Management.  This will involve further individual and group work.
3.  Our licensed practitioners will soon have the opportunity to achieve Level 5 Diploma in Executive and Management Coaching and Mentoring.
