Schools Cluster Programme

Esteem have customised a Toolkit for Investors in People Scotland.

The toolkit and the surrounding programme is called - Schools Cluster Programme .

The idea behind it was to develop programme that would enable schools to work towards achieving Investors in People in a cluster i.e. Secondary school and their supply schools. This methodology will enable schools to achieve the standard in a very economic fashion with a programme developed specifically to address the needs of this sector.

Stockton Schools Programme

Esteem have just completed their 4th dedicated Schools Programme for the Stockton area. The programme has been supported by Stockton Local Education Authority and the Tees Valley Learning Skills Council.

12 schools completed the programme and 10 have now achieved the IiP recognition.  This is an outstanding achievement for all the schools involved.
